In this personal injury action, plaintiff-appellant's treating physician was allowed to express his opinion "to a reasonable degree of medical certainty" that plaintiff's injuries stemmed causally from the automobile accident for which defendant conceded liability. The trial court, however, refused to qualify the physician as an expert before the jury, and refused to instruct the jury on consideration of expert testimony. In both instances...
