Having agreed to help his cousin "get back" at an imagined enemy, appellant smashed a beer bottle against the ear of that "foe" from behind, causing serious bodily injury. Subsequently convicted of aggravated battery, inter alia, appellant claims the district court erred in permitting improper prosecutorial remarks during closing argument and complains that his cousin was only convicted of simple battery for the same course of conduct...
