KIRKLAND v. STATE

No. 97-01144.

696 So.2d 465 (1997)

Antonio KIRKLAND, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

July 2, 1997.

PER CURIAM.

Antonio Kirkland appeals the trial court's order summarily denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Appellant raises several grounds for relief in his motion, only one of which has merit. We reverse and remand for further proceedings as to that issue, as well as a sentencing error, and affirm as to the remaining issues without discussion.
