NELSON, Justice.

Rodney Plenty Hawk appeals a jury verdict in the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District, Big Horn County, convicting him of Intimidation. We reverse.

The issues presented for review are:

1. Whether there was sufficient evidence to support the verdict.

2. Whether Plenty Hawk's right to a speedy trial was violated.

Because we reverse on issue one regarding the sufficiency of the evidence, we decline to address...
