James Fraza and his son Scott ("James" and "Scott," collectively "defendants") were indicted on various counts of fraud, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1041, 1341, 1344, 1346, and violations of the Taft-Hartley Act, 18 U.S.C. § 371, arising from a scheme to defraud a credit union.
