PER CURIAM.

On July 14, 1997, Thomas Travis, counsel for appellants Basilio Reyes and Rogelio Reyes, moved this court to appoint him as counsel nunc pro tunc from November 31, 1995. He states in his motion that "he has not been compensated for his past or future representation in this case." He further states that his clients refused to sign an affidavit of indigency, and he, accordingly, has attached his own affidavit to his motion attesting to his clients...
