Appellant Edward Murray (Plaintiff) appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Jasper County, Missouri, which dismissed two counts from his first amended petition alleging legal malpractice against his former attorney, and the striking of paragraph five from his first amended petition which was factually related to the dismissed counts.
