PER CURIAM.

Appellant James William Lane was indicted for the offense of aggravated robbery of an elderly person. He pled not guilty to a jury, and after hearing evidence the jury found him guilty under the law of parties. Lane had elected that the judge assess punishment, and at the completion of the punishment stage of the trial the judge assessed his punishment at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice...
