RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

Following a trial, the bankruptcy court entered an order for relief under chapter 71 against the alleged debtor, a California general partnership, pursuant to § 303(h)(2). One of the two general partners of the involuntary debtor appeals. We AFFIRM.
