Appellant, Michael Gilman, had a brokerage account with appellee, Wheat, First Securities, Inc. He filed a class action complaint in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County charging Wheat with violations of Maryland securities laws, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and conversion.
