David Alan Keen appeals his convictions of rape, sodomy, and statutory burglary. Keen asserts that the trial court erred in: (1) denying his motion for production of proficiency test data and results from the Virginia DNA laboratory ("state laboratory"); (2) allowing the Commonwealth's DNA expert to consider the results of DQ-alpha DNA analysis of the rapist's sperm in calculating the frequency with which a person of the rapist's genetic profile...
