Appellant-defendant James Sutton appeals the trial court's revocation of his probation. Specifically, Sutton contends that the revocation was improper for the following reasons: (1) the State failed to prove that he violated the conditions of his probation during his probationary period; (2) the State failed to file its petition to revoke his probation in a timely manner; and (3) the trial court improperly admitted hearsay testimony...
