Following a bench trial, defendant, Tammy Doneski, was convicted of two counts of violating the Illinois Medical Practice Act, 225 ILCS 60/49 (West 1992), for (1) representing herself to the public as being engaged in the practice of medicine, and (2) attaching the title of doctor or M.D. to her name indicating that she is engaged in the medical profession as a business. She was found to have engaged in these practices...
