Relators Harold W. Osborne and Baylor University bring this action seeking a writ of mandamus against Respondent, the Honorable Joe N. Johnson, Judge of the 170th Judicial District Court of McLennan County. This action stems from a discovery request served upon Osborne by real parties in interest John and Naomi Fox.
