RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge:

The United States Trustee ("UST") filed motions pursuant to § 3291 to review and disgorge attorney's fees charged by the debtors' counsel. Prior to the hearing on the UST's motions, counsel filed motions to recuse the presiding bankruptcy judge, which were denied.
