This is an appeal from an order granting an expunction of a felony arrest record. Gus Andrews was indicted and arrested for making a false entry in a government document. Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 37.10(a)(1) (Vernon 1994). He pled nolo contendere and was placed on three years' deferred adjudication probation, which included eleven terms and conditions.
