Giora Eshkol appeals his conviction and sentence for counterfeiting U.S. currency in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 474. Eshkol argues that the district court erred by: (1) denying his motion to dismiss the government's superseding indictment; (2) refusing his proposed jury instructions; (3) denying his motion to recuse; and (4) enhancing his base offense level by nine points, pursuant to U.S.S.G § 2B5.1(b)(1).
