YANEZ, Justice.

David Almaguer was indicted for the offense of possession of between 28 and 400 grams of cocaine.1 After a bench trial, the trial court found him guilty of the offense and sentenced him to five years in prison and a $5,000.00 fine. By a single point of error, appellant challenges the conviction on the ground that the trial court committed reversible error in denying his motion to suppress his oral statements...
