Sharon T. McKee was charged in the county court for Lancaster County for knowingly violating a protection order entered pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 42-924 (Reissue 1993). McKee moved to dismiss the charge on the grounds that § 42-924 is violative of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
