The appellee, Jewell Greenwalt, brought this negligence action in the district court for Scotts Bluff County against the appellant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. The district court entered a judgment on the issue of liability against Wal-Mart after Wal-Mart failed to comply with discovery orders which it asserted violated the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine.
