The appellants, Marguerite "Peg" Martin (Martin) and her husband, Roy Martin, brought this consolidated personal injury and loss of consortium action against the appellee, Brad J. Roth, whose vehicle collided with the rear end of Martin's vehicle after sliding on gravel.
