JONES, Justice.

The State appeals from the district court's order dismissing the indictment in this cause. Tex.Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 44.01(a)(1) (West Supp.1997). We will reverse.

The indictment alleges:

The Grand Jurors for the County of Runnels, State of Texas, duly selected, impaneled, sworn, charged and organized as such at the April Term, A.D.1983, of the 119th District Court of said County, upon their oaths present in and to said court...
