[¶ 1] Joseph D. Moch, Personal Representative of the estate of Joseph J. Moch, a.k.a. J.J. Moch, deceased (the Estate), appealed from judgments entered in Emmons and Kidder counties. The judgments dismissed the Estate's actions against Patrick D.
