WECHSLER, Judge.

1. Defendant appeals his conviction of fraud over $20,000 in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-16-6 (1987). He raises issues on appeal concerning the admission of trial evidence, the sufficiency of the evidence, and the consideration of his prior convictions for the district court's habitual offender determination. Only our discussion of the prior convictions merits publication. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand...
