1. Defendant appeals his conviction of fraud over $20,000 in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-16-6 (1987). He raises issues on appeal concerning the admission of trial evidence, the sufficiency of the evidence, and the consideration of his prior convictions for the district court's habitual offender determination.
