Employer seeks review of an order of the Employment Appeals Board (EAB) awarding unemployment compensation benefits to claimant. We review EAB's legal conclusions for errors of law, ORS 183.482(8)(a). Also, employer argues that EAB erred in finding that employer failed to carry its burden of proof that claimant was guilty of work-related misconduct. We review that finding for substantial evidence.
