Louis Pertile was employed as a nuclear inspector for Construction Engineering Consultants, Inc. (the employer) when he suffered a work-related injury. The employer accepted liability for the injury and issued a notice of compensation payable dated August 5, 1987 for weekly benefits of $236.00.
