Defendant appeals as of right from the trial court's November 1994 order denying its motion for summary disposition regarding plaintiff's cause of action under the Michigan Whistleblowers' Protection Act (WPA), M.C.L. § 15.361 et seq.; M.S.A. § 17.428(1) et seq. In light of our Supreme Court's decision in Heurtebise v. Reliable Business Computers, Inc., 452 Mich. 405
