This appeal relates to a personal injury action wherein the plaintiffs, Tim and Aerenia Rodriguez, appeal the judgment of the lower court, which awarded $3,000.00 in past, present, and future pain and suffering and $1,500.00 in past and future medical expenses to Mr. Rodriguez.
