Plaintiffs Charles B. and Ellen S. Sedman appeal the entry of partial summary judgment on the issue of whether the activities of Multiflora Greenhouses, Inc. (Multiflora), owned and operated by Jacob and Wilhelmina Rijdes, are in violation of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance (ordinance).
