Valores Corporativos, S.A. de C.V., Casa Chapa, S.A. de C.V., and Chapa Trading Co., Inc. (collectively, "Valores")2 appeal the summary judgment against them in their suit against McLane Company, Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
