Curtis Ollman, the defendant, appeals his convictions for driving under the influence, a felony offense as charged, and driving with a suspended license. He contends that he was denied his constitutional right of self-representation under Faretta v. California, 422 U.S. 806, 95 S.Ct. 2525, 45 L.Ed.2d 562 (1975).
