This is an appeal from an award of attorneys fees against the Madison Area Education Special Services Unit and the Southwestern Consolidated School Corporation (collectively "School") and in favor of Paul and Louise Daniels as parents and natural guardians of Christopher Daniels (collectively "Danielses").
