STOVER, Justice.

This appeal arises from appellant's conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Appellant was indicted for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance by intentionally and knowingly possessing a controlled substance, to wit: cocaine, in an amount of less than one gram. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty and trial was to a jury. After hearing the evidence, the jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged...
