In this wrongful death action, plaintiff Gail Hargreaves ("Hargreaves") seeks to recover damages stemming from the death of her husband, John Hargreaves, who died as a result of injuries sustained in the course of his duties as a firefighter for the City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
