This is an appeal of a summary judgment granted in favor of the Church of God, International, in a negligent hiring and retention case. Appellant, Suerae Robertson, ("Robertson") filed suit against Garner Ted Armstrong ("Armstrong") and the Church of God, International ("the Church") seeking compensation for personal injuries which she alleged were sustained when she was sexually assaulted by Armstrong.
