("the Trustee") appeals pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158 from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York denying its motion to hold debtors' non-debtor spouses in contempt for failure to produce documents relating to certain of the debtors' alleged unscheduled assets.
