HUDSON, Justice.

Appellant, Robert Kerklin Wyatt, Jr., entered a plea of nolo contendere to the offense of delivery of a controlled substance. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court made no finding of guilt and appellant was placed on five years deferred adjudication probation. Later, the State moved to adjudicate appellant's guilt based on several alleged violations of the conditions of his probation...
