The Georgia Real Estate Commission ("Commission") brought a disciplinary action against Evelyn Peavy's real estate broker's license as a result of her conduct in connection with the sale of a house in Cobb County. The Commission affirmed the hearing officer's decision and revoked Peavy's license.
