This appeal requires us to determine whether the trial court was correct in summarily holding that (1) a certificate of deposit was included in the testator's bequest of tangible personal property, and (2) attorney's fees were to be paid from the estate. Concluding that the court erred in its holding with respect to the certificate, but not with respect to attorney's fees, we will respectively...
