The defendants, Robert Galiette and Sandra Galiette, appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Richard Riggio and Sons, Inc., on the defendants' counterclaim that damages allegedly resulted from the plaintiffs filing of an invalid mechanic's lien. The defendants contend that the trial court improperly failed to consider the issue of damages, after concluding that the plaintiffs mechanic's lien was invalid...
