No. 96-3189.

695 So.2d 398 (1997)

Jerry Jerome EDWARDS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied June 17, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and Nada M. Carey, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Jerry Edwards, Bristol, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and James W. Rogers, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The appellant contends that the court erred by imposing a public defender lien without giving the appellant adequate notice or an opportunity to be heard. However, the record on appeal contains no order imposing such a lien. This case is therefore affirmed.
