At issue in this appeal from a perjury conviction is whether the lawyer-client privilege covers: (1) a forfeiture notice received by Clarence Robinson and handed by him to a lawyer representing Robinson in another proceeding; and (2) that transfer of the notice, as well as Robinson's communications with that, and another, lawyer, both of whom declined to represent Robinson in the forfeiture...
