In this appeal, we are called upon to decide whether, within the context of an insurance policy, plaintiff was a "resident" of his father's household at the time of his injury by automobile accident on 31 October 1992.

Plaintiff was injured when the car in which he was riding, driven by his girlfriend, swerved off the road and hit a tree. Plaintiff incurred expenses of $125,000 as a result. He collected the policy limit of $25,000 from his girlfriend...
