Board of Education of West Yuma School District RJ-1, No. 94CA1418 (Colo.App. June 1, 1995) (not selected for official publication), in which the court of appeals reversed the decision of the Board of Education of the West Yuma School District (the Board) to dismiss Carol Flaming from her position as a non-probationary teacher.1
