WRIGHT, Justice.

The district court imposed a constructive trust in favor of Laurence J. Hanigan and Ann Hanigan upon a house owned by Mary Jane Brockman and ordered her to convey to the Hanigans her title and interest in said house. Mary Jane appeals.

SCOPE OF REVIEW
