The district court imposed a constructive trust in favor of Laurence J. Hanigan and Ann Hanigan upon a house owned by Mary Jane Brockman and ordered her to convey to the Hanigans her title and interest in said house. Mary Jane appeals.

SCOPE OF REVIEW

An action to impose a constructive trust is an equity action. Gottsch v. Bank of Stapleton, 235 Neb. 816
