DMV v. Bremer

On June 23, 1993, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Eric Barros ("Barros") initiated a traffic stop after observing Sharon Bremer's failure to maintain a travel lane. Barros detected a moderate odor of alcohol on Bremer's breath and inquired if she had been drinking, to which she replied that she had consumed three glasses of wine. Bremer then consented to and failed field sobriety...
