SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

A jury found Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart"), appellant, guilty of negligence and gross negligence in connection with the accidental shooting death of Raul Tamez, Jr., and assessed approximately $3.5 million in actual damages and $2 million in punitive damages. On appeal, appellant brings twelve points of error complaining of various rulings by the trial court and the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's verdict...
