This appeal is from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Appellant, Aetna Life Insurance Company (Aetna), appeals the final decision of the Bankruptcy Court allowing the Debtor's objection to Appellant's proof of claim filed June 28, 1995.
