This suit was brought as a four count complaint by plaintiff, Yugoslav-American Cultural Center, Inc. (hereinafter, "YACC"), an Illinois not-for-profit corporation. The principal defendants were YACC's president, Petar Pavlovic and its secretary, Vucko Barjactarevic.
