Russell Larson and Connie Marie Pfister are the parents of Holly Marie Pfister, born July 14, 1988. Russell was adjudicated to be Holly's father in 1990 and was ordered to pay $350 per month in child support. In April 1995, Russell, claiming a substantial change in circumstances, filed a second modification action, requesting a reduction in child support to $110.86.1 Russell claims he is operating his farm at a net loss....
